Why do you love your job?
Pediatrics doesn't feel like a job. The "exam" becomes play. You are looking for butterflies or dragons instead of just checking ears. Developing a bond with kiddos and families and becoming their trusted source of medical information as they grow and develop is such a gift, and I am blessed to take part in that every day.
